The READ*WRITE*NOW! site is a place for kids and their parents to share the children's creativity through published book reports.  The site is not a commercial project and there is no interest in advertising products to children and their parents, or in making direct contact with children or their parents.  The purpose of the site is strictly to promote and foster reading development in children. 

The use of electronic media is a means to encourage children to share their views about books they read.  There are no contests, games or promotions where visitors can enter online. The only time e-mail addresses will be collected from those voluntarily submitted will be for purposes of reporting back to the sender that a submission has been received.  The email will not be used for any other purpose.

Every effort is made to protect the privacy of all children and visitors.  All materials submitted to the web site will be carefully examined to assure that no personal identification is associated with the submission.  Book Reports listed on this site have only minimal information:

    • The child's first name
    • Grade
    • The City and state
    • The title of the book
    • The author
    • A statement of why the child liked the story
Parents and kids can feel safe at this site, because the information is virtually anonymous and is restricted to our eyes only. We will not collect, sell, distribute or hand out your information to anyone else!

Any  "links" to other sites have been selected with care to assure that they meet high standards of decency and integrity. All links are educational in nature and concern books, reading, reading instruction, or reading programs
    Do We Have Cookies?
No!  Many "Net surfers" are concerned about cookies. We do not use them.  Our servers log information when you access the site, as all servers do, but that information will not be examined for any purpose.
